Rancho Salvaje Lorilar can happily offer two kinds of wonderful tours, either in the mountain or on the beach.

We arrange mountain tours once a day in the morning, beach tours twice a day (morning and sunset), both tours 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).

Pease Note! Sundays are day off so the horses and guides can have a well-earned day to to relax.

Horse back riding is an excellent way to see the wonderful nature around Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic. You will always be taken care of buy experienced guides and there are always a briefing containing instructions before you sit up in the saddle.

The riding style here is western riding. Fore the most experience riders we can also do a very nice galloping both in the mountains and on the beach so you really can feel the wind in the face.

This adventure is perfect for the whole family, small children (up to approximately 5 years) will be riding together with a guide or a parent.
